It is compliant with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA), Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and other applicable Indian laws.

Scope of Application
This Policy applies to all customers who have registered for any real estate project, plot, or property through our platform by making a payment of ₹21,000 or any other amount specifically mentioned for the concerned project.
Cancellation Terms
To submit a valid cancellation request, users must follow these steps:
•Submit a written request via email or through the user dashboard
•Include the following details:
•Project Name
•Registration Date
•Payment Reference Number
•Cancellations made prior to agreement execution are eligible for a refund
•Cancellations made after agreement execution will be governed by developer terms and applicable RERA rules
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be applicable under the following conditions:
•Voluntary cancellation before execution of binding documentation
•Unavailability of selected plot/unit after payment
•Project cancellation due to regulatory issues
•Developer-related issues leading to project halt
•Additional developer charges (to be refunded directly by the developer
Refund Processing Timeline
•Standard processing time: Within 15 business days
•Extended cases: Up to 45 business days (depending on verification and developer response)
•Refund will be credited to the original payment method
•Confirmation will be sent via Email/SMS
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be processed under the following conditions:
•Cancellation after execution of legal documentation
•Customer default or misrepresentation
•Violation of platform terms and conditions
•Misuse of promotional schemes
•Any case contrary to the developer agreement

Refund Request Process
Follow these steps to initiate your refund request:

2. Documentation Review
Our team will review your request and supporting documents. You may be contacted for additional information if required.
3. Approval & Processing
Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation with refund details and the expected credit date.
